Before mailing
Please confirm the destination and shipping arrangements with Habele before sending books. Mailing materials and postage arrangements are agreed for each donation.

Preparing your shipment.
- Pack and close the box.
After confirming a suitable donation with Habele, pack the books securely. - Weigh the box.
Record the weight of each packed box. - Measure the box.
Record its length, width, and height. - Send the details.
Email the book description, each box’s weight and dimensions, and your postal address to books@habele.org. - Receive shipping instructions.
Habele provides the materials and instructions for the agreed shipment. Confirm the mailing and postage arrangements with us. - Label and mail.
Apply the supplied labels and follow the agreed mailing instructions.
Send details to books@habele.org. Please use the recipient address and instructions supplied for your shipment.
